Someone explain. It looks too real. It can’t be that same Masked Magician trick with glue. Too much bicep. However, do notice that the needle isn’t the same length extending out the other end as was going in.

I think he really put it through his bicep BUT through a layer of fat. If he’s just jabbing it in, of course you will see blood, but he slowly works it in, making the puncture as small as possible, so it clots. He then works it through a layer of fat implanted over his bicep muscle because it would be stupid to stick it through real muscle and damage it. I think it’s fat because pay close attention to Blaine’s gut, as he has gained additional pounds possibly for this stunt.
