You eat it with sauces, main dishes, you can put food into it, roll it, it&#8217;s portable, and it can be made into desserts. But this post, I want to show you my favorite foods that go along with stick rice.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.asiarecipe.com\/images\/stickyrice.jpg\" alt=\"Sticky rice\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here is my personal list of favorite foods that go along with sticky rice:<\/p>\n<p>Warm Runny Eggs<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/munchkie.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/02\/img_2404.jpg\" alt=\"Warm runny eggs\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pig Brains<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.barefootkitchenwitch.com\/.a\/6a00d8341ce0e353ef0134861603fa970c-580wi\" alt=\"Pig brains (not exactly what I'm talking about, but it resembles it)\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Steamed Fish<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/foreignerinformosa.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d834523d5069e20120a8b98afd970b-pi\" alt=\"Steamed fish\" width=\"320\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Steamed Chicken<\/p>\n<p>Chili paste<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-yUVm4Nj1GuI\/UjZG2t1x6YI\/AAAAAAAAV3k\/OUJh1TU-rCI\/s1600\/Nam+prig+Pud+Mungsa+Vrat+%252828%2529.JPG\" alt=\"Chili paste (not specific the kind I eat, but this is a very good example of the many varied kinds of chili pastes)\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fermented Bean Paste (Dop Say)<\/p>\n<p>Mochi (which is just sticky rice) and Green Tea filling<\/p>\n<p>Eggplant sauce<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/images.media-allrecipes.com\/userphotos\/250x250\/00\/61\/83\/618365.jpg\" alt=\"Eggplant sauce\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Curry dishes<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.sailusfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/06\/spicy_chicken_masala_curry.JPG\" alt=\"Curry dishes\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Minced squirrel (lop)<\/p>\n<p>Fresh barbeque or Kabobs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Chongchen Saelee EVERY Southeast Asian should at least have some exposure to sticky rice.
