Here I am thinking I just discovered the most amazing beverage created by God just for me: honey and tea.<\/p>\n

But pardon my ignorance, I do a Google Search, and people be conjuring up all sorts of other drinks like orange juice and honey? Wow!<\/p>\n

So I saunter into the kitchen like a grizzly bear foraging for food and I find an unopened bottle of honey tucked on the top shelf of the spice cabinet. My mom hides the honey because she buys it for herself, but ever since I was a kid, I’d steal tablespoons of it for myself. It’s candy, can’t help it!<\/p>\n

Every now and then, when I get bored of plain water or even whatever tea’s just been brewed, I put some lime juice and sugar in just to indulge a bit. Y’know, to get away from boring sustenance and lean more towards hedonism (sarcasm). But now I put honey into the tea.<\/p>\n

Mind you, it has to be TEA. If you put honey into plain water, you won’t be able to stomach that. It’s disgusting.<\/p>\n

You put honey into tea because the tea has all those tea leaf deposits to bind with whatever’s in the honey. That’s where all the flavors come from. Otherwise, drinking honey and water is just diluted honey and it’s not good.<\/p>\n

I find 3 tablespoons of honey to 12 to 16 ounces of tea is good. It might be overkill for some because it’s too sweet, but what’s the point if you don’t want to taste the honey flavor? At this point, I’m making a honey drink, not tea with honey.<\/p>\n

Finally, you stir that shit until it’s cloudy and golden yellow. Tastes like heaven. This is classy food, folks. Never miss out on nature’s treats. I mean, it’s RIGHT THERE. If bears discovered that bee piss tastes this good (and actually has nutritional value), they’d start selling it to humans. But we discovered it, too.
