Cloud Atlas, the film, is racist. I had never read the book which it is based on. But if I did, it still wouldn’t affect the immediacy of the grand-scale deliberate-ness of the film adaptation.<\/p>\n
See, because films are fantasy. They may mean well, the creation of them, the original intent, but the content portrayed in movies are ultimately NOT real. So when a white guy, or for-shame Asian white-supremacist, does a reverse “you gooks are misguided, it’s not racist” trip, then it should be pretty clear what pedestal they are spinning their propaganda from, looking down and not up, is from the point of view of the white man, the advantageous point of view.<\/p>\n
It’s like Louis C.K. waving his hand dismissively after running over an Asian guy with his car, guts all spilled out on the road. The Asian guy is merely pointing out the person who ran him over and killed him. Why can’t anyone understand this? The complete dehumanization of reality and REAL people who are miserable from oppression. And when the news portrays the incident, Louis C.K. would play himself, but a white guy would really ham it up as the Asian victim, and it would be very hilarious and trifling.<\/p>\n
Asian men are so inhuman that they can’t even play themselves in movies. They need to be validated by how whiteman sees them.<\/p>\n
Cloud Atlas in its truest sense in REALITY is the zenith and execution of white supremacist racism. Propaganda flexing its arm. The money those filmmakers funnel back into their pockets will tell you how the world is.<\/p>\n
I don’t want to take part in any of it, but if I can really make it so that my life is a little better NOW IN THE REAL WORLD and not some BS lie about how much better the world will be for my children because of this film, then I’ll do my damnedest to represent myself now. America, after all, took the play from the Nazi’s propaganda playbook, ironically only after defeating them. That’s a fact, don’t go Godwinning me on that one. Read a history book.
